Past, Present and Future

Past
life is unexpactable. To be honest last year I never thought I would be here, like this. Everything will change, people will go by and when you look back you'll realise it's too late. It's too late to even say goodbye. When I look at last year that's how I feel. I miss volleyball weekends, I miss long night chess marathons, I miss reckless fun, waking back home with friends, rides to cafe and immature love. And I realised I wasted my time, didn't be grateful for everything, didn't take the whole bite, left it half eaten. The state where you get the taste but you're no where satisfied. I am that state . But I don't feel the regret neither the urge to return back to those nights. I sometimes meet people from that era and they remind me of those days. I have a pleasant smile and just be happy being reminded of those days. It isn't that my past wasn't filled with sad moments, lows and shit days. When I look back they too come back to me. But all we can do at this state is accept them.

But don't overdo it. Don't get to infested by the past. Don't forget the past, but don't get consumed by it.

DON'T FOTGET THE PAST

Present

Remember why this moment is known as present, because it is a present, a gift . One thing we all do to ruin this gift is Procrastinate, when we lay off work that we need to do now for later. When you feel like catching up to a friend, don't lay it off but do it. Maybe tommorow there might be no time. As Seneca says " the whole future is uncertain, live immediately" LIVE IMMIDIATELY. Spend time with your family now, do the work you'll be avoiding now, Talk to your crush now because maybe tommorow things might change and you can't do anything.

Don't Neglect the Present. Don't take it for granted and think it won't change. Live everyday as it is your last. Make today your best day. We can do it today, but we choose later.

DON'T NEGLECT THE PRESENT.

Future

It's common to fear the future. When at times our brains plays a game and we go on to think about situations that may never arrive. When our mind asks us 'what if we fail ?" And when we start fearing the future. What if  she doesn't talk to me ? What if the teacher will laugh at me? What if people think I am insane? What if I will not be accepted?

These questions are often encountered by people when they fear the future and when we fear the future we should always remember "what am I missing by choosing to worry"  we should always think, is  me worrying about the future  changing this alive time that I have in hand into dead time?

As senca said "we suffer more in imagination than in reality"

Don't let the fear of future eat you. But also don't Neglect it. Be ready for the worse but don't fear the worse.

DON'T FEAR THE FUTURE

"Life is very short and anxious for those who - forget the past, neglect the present and fear the future"
                                        - Seneca

Thank you.

Ok so before ending it I want to add a new section to my blogs where I write the books I read or am reading the week prior to the release of the blog. This way I can actually record how fast I am reading books and also you all can know what I am reading. So here is the first edition

Book I am reading
1. Da Vinci code by Dan brown
Finished reading this book in 72 hours. Probably the fastest I have ever finished a 600 paged book. It was great and mind blowing. I loved it.
